Mr. Maffra joined XP Inc. in 2015 and has led the strategy and development of XP’s technology-driven financial services platform and digital transformation over the past three years. He is one of the recognized leaders of the FinTech industry in Brazil with a deep understanding of our clients, our business model and the power of advanced technologies and data to disrupt the financial services industry. Maffra began his career as a trader and transitioned to focus on technology after his MBA from Columbia Business School.

Victor Andreu Mansur Farinassi is the Chief Financial Officer of XP Inc., a role he has held since August 2024. With over 15 years of experience in financial markets, he joined XP CCTVM in 2012. Throughout his tenure at XP, he has held various senior positions, including Executive Director, Head of Treasury, and Head of Structuring, Trading, and Sales. Since 2022, he has been a key member of XP’s Finance team. Prior to joining XP, Victor gained valuable experience at two other broker-dealer firms. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing.

Fabrício Cunha de Almeida is a member of our board of directors and our general counsel, positions he has held since November 2019. Mr. Almeida has been in XP group since 2011. Prior to joining us, he was a lawyer at Barbosa, Müssnich & Aragão from 2005 to 2011. Mr. Almeida holds a bachelor’s degree in law from Universidade Cândido Mendes in Rio de Janeiro and holds a postgraduate degree in corporate law and capital markets from FGV.
